Be sure that you know what you want before buying here because returns are definitely NOT hassle free. They're nice when you're buying things, but watch out if you ever want to RETURN anything. I bought two pairs of snowboarding boots for my wife and son, then a couple days later decided to just order different ones online and have them shipped to our ski place because we didn't have room in the luggage to bring them with us on the trip. Never wore them. Went to return them and they gave me an attitude about returning them. Not just one employee, but BOTH that helped me. I thanked the second guy for helping me after the transaction because I was raised to be courteous and he actually GRUNTED in reply. I own multiple businesses and customer service should always be the main focus. This store just lost my family and friends as customers as well as anyone who is swayed by this review over $350 worth of snowboard boots. Definitely NOT the best business decision!
