I recently purchased a computer from this company and I have to say, my experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products to choose from. The ordering process was smooth and I received my computer within the estimated shipping time. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I reached out with a question about my order, it took quite a while to receive a response and even then, the answer was not very helpful. Additionally, the computer itself is functioning fine, but it doesn't seem to be anything extraordinary. It meets my basic needs, but there's nothing that stands out about it. Overall, I would consider this company to be just average in terms of products and customer service.
