The company literally does not care about the transmission of the covid, since in a pandemic moment they reduced the number of buses and are forced to allow agglomerations due to high demand. In other words, I leave much earlier to arrive at work on time and face large crowds.
But of course, with the same number of people using and fewer buses running, the company makes a lot more profit.
I hope that this monopoly of Joinville's transport system will at least begin to provide decent service, since many workers depend on this medium.
