This organization is a fraudulent operation that scammed me out of 10,000 CAD. They did not provide sufficient training for our staff to effectively use their solutions. They have been unresponsive to both emails and phone calls, making communication extremely difficult. Our team's feedback and suggestions were completely ignored.
