Totally unprofessional and be warned, the recent five star reviews are fake as you will see if you read the older reviews. If there was an option to not click on any stars, I would of done so. Am now on my third caseworker, have no idea why, I m just informed they ve changed all the time. Have had to chase them up every step of the way. They lose paperwork and constantly ask for copies and assure you they are sorting things but this is never the case. Wouldn t mind but mine is a straightforward divorce. Worst place I ve ever dealt with by far
