I've been with the Keller Williams Greater Seattle office for just over 4 years and I couldn't imagine starting my real estate career anywhere else. The training, systems and processes that KW provides in general are amazing but what really makes the difference is the people you work with. The entire leadership team goes out of their way to make you feel supported, listened to and important to the team - whether you are a newer agent or a mega producer. The culture is one of sharing and caring - for our clients, our community, and each other. It is one of the most collaborative places I have ever been part of, which I don't think is the norm for most real estate agents and offices.
