I have been a customer of Home Warranty of America for the past 5 years and I must say their service has been average. The overall coverage is decent, but the response time could be improved. There were a few instances where it took longer than expected to get a technician out to my home. However, once the technician arrived, they were able to resolve the issues efficiently. The customer service representatives were helpful in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. In terms of pricing, I found their plans to be competitive compared to other home warranty providers. Overall, I have had an average experience with Home Warranty of America.
