This is one stop shopping for all your fitness needs! Dave Paladino, along with his team of experienced trainers offer a variety of group fitness classes and personal training. Each instructor has their own way of pushing you to meet or exceed your fitness goals. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you with anything you may need. There is plenty of space to spread out and more than enough equipment, so you never have to wait for anything. The facility is clean and always well maintained. Impact Zone is a fantastic facility to workout in, along with giving you the opportunity to meet some truly outstanding instructors and members!
