I had a mixed experience with Restoration Hardware. While their furniture has a great aesthetic, the quality can be hit or miss. Some items I purchased were solid and well-made, while others had issues like loose screws and uneven finishes. Their customer service was helpful in resolving these issues, but it was still disappointing to have to deal with them in the first place. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
