You can never be sure what to expect. Don't bank on getting anything in particular, as their inventory and supply varies. You can always be sure to get some type of free fresh fruit and/or vegetable during 8-2, no appointment needed. Otherwise you must be a non-profit organization and signed up through their agency services department to shop here with an appointment.
