My son went there for his freshman year and learned how to write. Out of high school he was a poor writer. He mentioned a few times how good his English instructor was. He wrote an essay after his
freshman year. It was so improved, I first thought that someone else wrote it for him. Learning to write
well is huge for anyone's career and he learned it at UMass Dartmouth. Denis Mullane
