So crowded!!! We went on a Tuesday morning around 10a and it was packed. We attempted to go on a tour with one of the tour guards, but there was probably a group of a 100+ trying to listen to one man who did not have any sort of microphone. We opted to pay for the audiotour instead. Not as well done as some of the other tours we've been on during our trip to the UK. I was really excited to see the Tower, but can't claim that I'd stringly recommend it to anyone else. You can probably find something else not as crowded and more affordable.
