We needed to claim whilst on holiday for my husbands medical help. Not having claimed before we just paid thinking we would claim money back from insurance! £1750
What a joke of a company!
1.ten days after the claim was submitted I rang the company as I had not even received welcome letter.
The person I spoke to said that the claims has not been handed to a claims rep. This should have been completed straight away. No apology or explanation as to why.
2. I had already sent all docs that the website was asking for so I new they already had every thing. The member of staff told me it would be 10 working days for payout.
3. 10 days came and went so we rang them up and they said they now needed receipt for payment of the flights. I found this weird as we were not claiming for flights. It will take another 7 days.
4. Guess what 7 days came and went!! I then rang again and was told payment would now take five working days.
5. Yeah you got it, no payment received!!!!! On speaking to them again today they said it’s going to take another 8 days and despite being told on numbers is occasions that it had been sent to be checked we found out it has only been sent yesterday!!!!

At no point have we received a email or telephone call from company and haven’t received any reply to our 17 emails requesting info.
It’s now 3 months on and guess what NO MONEY, joke !!!!!!!
