A great place to work and build a career. I finished my tool and die apprenticeship here, went through the training centre, worked as a toolmaker and made my way all the way to leadhand for 2 years. It is what you make of it. If you work hard at Massiv the company allows you the opportunities to gain knowledge, grow and move up.
I have made many great friends, most of which I hang with outside of work.
I owe the majority of my Tool and Die career to Massiv and they have given me a great career to provide for my family and grow within my profession.
