I recently purchased a spectrometer from us-tech.co.za and it has been working well so far. It was a bit pricey compared to other options in the market, but the quality seems good. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. It would have been better if they provided more detailed specifications and technical information about their spectrometers.
