I recently purchased a new printer from a local store. The printer works great and the price was reasonable. The customer service was helpful and I'm happy with my purchase. However, there is one issue I'd like to address. The printer doesn't seem to be compatible with my computer. I've tried installing the drivers, but it still doesn't work. It would be great if Ecaps Computers could provide better compatibility information.
