Julian and Christian were very nice. What I liked about our buying experience was that they were not pushy and trying to keep us there to buy the car. It was the first place we looked and wanted to look at a couple other places first before we made a decision. Julian told us he understood, gave us his number and told us to call him back if he could help us. We were very satisfied with our decision to buy the VW Jetta at VW of Oakland!
