I had a mixed experience with the Gi hotels group....

I had a mixed experience with the Gi hotels group. While the location of the hotel was convenient and the rooms were clean, the customer service left much to be desired. I encountered some rude staff members during my stay which really disappointed me. Overall, it was an okay experience.
