I recently hired a legal firm for my case, and overall, my experience was average. The lawyers were knowledgeable and competent, but I felt that there was a lack of personal touch in their approach. The communication could have been better, and there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. While they did resolve my legal matter, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
