I've had mixed experiences with Tottini. While the quality of their products is generally good, I've had some issues with their customer service. There were instances where my inquiries were not addressed promptly, and it was frustrating. However, I must say that they have a great selection of products, and the prices are reasonable. If they improve their customer service, I would have no hesitations in giving them a higher rating.
