I must say that Sofomation energy is an average company. The overall experience was decent and the working environment was okay. The company provided me with opportunities to grow and develop my skills. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The communication within the team could have been better, and there were some issues with the work-life balance. Overall, it was an average experience.
