Most, if not all of the folks that work there were very friendly and helpful, including the security screeners. There is NOT a bad seat in the house for seeing the Bruins play.

The only complaint I have, is how tiny the actual seats themselves are.
Apparently, they decided to add capacity to the venue recently, and they installed smaller seats to be able to do so.
We sat in balcony section 309, and my wife, son and I were so tightly packed together, that we were constantly bumping arms, shoulders and elbows.
Pretty uncomfortable for 3 non -obese folks whom are all under 5'-8".
