I had such a fantastic experience dining at Novel restaurant. The ambiance was cozy, the service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the chef's tasting menu, as it is a true culinary journey. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The staff also did a great job accommodating my dietary restrictions. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience that I can't wait to repeat.
