I had an average experience with Genzyme. The company website genzyme.com was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the representatives were not very helpful. Overall, I think Genzyme has room for improvement.
