As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Futuristic Bug as average. The company website futuristicbug.com provides some useful services, but there is definitely room for improvement. The user interface could be more intuitive, and the loading speed of the website is sometimes slow. Overall, it's an okay experience, but I expected more.
