I had an average experience with Frequent Business Traveler. The website frequentbusinesstraveler.com was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the content to be somewhat lacking in depth and detail. The rate of updates and new articles was also not very consistent. Overall, it was an okay experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
