We have chosen Scott as our broker for 3 mortgages now. The first was our first home. Scott was always available to answer and questions we had and was super knowledgeable. What struck us the most was his ability to relay mortgage information in an understandable way. We couldn t have been happier. Needless to say we called him on our second home and just recently our third. I didn t think he could have done anything more ..... I was wrong. I can not say this enough Scott is always there when you need him. He goes above and beyond. He negotiated us a much lower rate than our previous mortgage and was able to help out with our penalties for breaking a fixed term. There was a mix up at our lawyers on the day of our close and again he was there to help in anyway he could, we can t thank him enough. Call Scott I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed. I will never go to the bank for our mortgage needs. The five star system is flawed I would give him 10 stars out of 5. Thanks Scott!!!
