Like this mall, just not on Black Friday. Ridiculous traffic just to get into the mall parking and it didn't need to traffic controls they had which made traffic even worse. Also, many of the shops tried to restrict capacity (we presume to thwart theft), but it got ridiculous because people were just walking in the mall trying to find a store that was letting people shop. As someone with prior experience, I would have just used my extra personnel to do checkout and review the receipts on exit (like Walmart or Costco) rather than lose sales.
