I had a mixed experience with Rainfall of Envelopes. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service is lacking. I had to reach out multiple times before receiving a response, and even then, it was not very helpful. The quality of their products is mediocre at best. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
