Working with Technical Metals, Inc. has been a mixed experience for me. While their products are of decent quality, I found their customer service to be lacking at times. The website could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness. On the positive side, their delivery was prompt, and the prices were competitive. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
