I have been a customer of RICHMOND, ELLEN M for several years now and I must say it has been an average experience. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. However, the quality of their products is just mediocre. I was expecting more given the reputation of the company. Overall, it's an okay place to shop but nothing extraordinary.
