This bank in particular has some amazing staff as it has from when it was still Klein bank, with that being said I d rate 5 stars for Klein bank. But old national bank, is absolute garbage. Terrible hours, terrible customer service, online banking app is down all the time and you will also get a $4-$5 charge every month to your checking account If you have >$500 in your account.
