Staff just have no clue who to contact to receive the correct info post a surgery. Theain reception keeps transferring us without any numbers despite asking for one before the transfer. Then we just keep getting fobbed through various transfers over the phone with nobody having a clue about who to really speak to. Worst hospital even when it came to pre and post surgery care.
