I am revising my original review from last year before the Pandemic gripped this city. We had always really liked to visit this casino in the past but lately it seems that our value as a customer is not so important. Realizing that the virus has changed these casinos a little, I still believe that my value as a customer is being taken for granted. The casino, just yesterday, was dirtier and less friendly compared to a month ago. The service at the cafe was slow and sparce. We waited 10 minutes just to get drinks. I know that gambling is never a sure thing and it is a risk for anyone, but the lack of payouts after a large investment was disturbing enough that I stopped using my players card. I told my wife that we will not be coming back here for a very long time. We have choices in this town for entertainment and food, everywhere. We go where our patronage is appreciated.
