I recently had the opportunity to work with Paragem pty ltd and I must say it was an average experience. The company website paragem.com.au is informative and user-friendly. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Paragem pty ltd as average.
