I recently had the opportunity to receive counseling services from Mental Edge Counseling, LLC and found it to be an average experience. While the staff was professional and knowledgeable, I felt that the sessions lacked some depth and meaningful connection. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in the counseling approach. However, the convenience of their online platform was a definite plus.
