I have been a loyal customer of Federcondominio for several years now and I must say their service is average. While their website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information, their response time to customer queries and concerns could definitely be improved. I have had a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
