I recently had to interact with a local government agency and I found the experience to be average. The customer service representatives were polite but not very efficient in resolving my issue. It took multiple follow-ups to get a satisfactory resolution. The website was helpful in providing information, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of user experience and accessibility.
