I have been a customer of the Board of Regents, State of Iowa for several years now and I must say, they have been average in their services. While the website iowaregents.edu is easy to navigate and find information, there is room for improvement in terms of response time and customer support. The overall experience has been okay, but I believe there is potential for them to be better.
