We recently moved to Andrews, and heard good thing...

We recently moved to Andrews, and heard good things about Dr. Nayak. We made an appointment for check ups for our kids, but the clinic called to move the appointment two different times. When we finally got to actually go to the appointment, we waited for 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor for about 10 minutes. He didn't seem interested in spending any time with us or answering our questions. We did get him to order bloodwork because of an ongoing problem with our son. It took us four days and four calls to the office to get the results of the bloodwork, then he referred us to a gastroenterologist, when the problem had nothing to do with my son's digestive tract.
The next weekend, my daughter had to be hospitalized for croup. When we went to follow up with him after she was released, we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. He listened to her breathe for a few moments, and decided that she had pneumonia and needed to be on three different medicines. He didn't take any time to listen to me about what the doctors at the hospital had said or to answer my questions about the possible pneumonia. When we went to pick up the medicine, we found out that Dr. Nayak's office hadn't actually sent the prescription in. I called them at about 3:00 on Friday afternoon to see if they could send it in again, but they refused to do anything and said if I needed help, I'd have to go to the ER. I subsequently changed my children's primary care provider to a doctor in Midland.
