I had a rather mixed experience with Pitchmore. While some aspects of their service were good, there were also quite a few areas where they fell short. Their website is well-designed and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to browse through their products. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them several days to respond to my queries, and even then, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Pitchmore as average.
