I recently used the services of this company and found that their website, hammer9.com, was really informative and user-friendly. The resources and information about carpentry and related services were quite extensive and helpful for someone like me who's not very familiar with the industry. However, I did find that the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and the communication could have been better. The actual services provided were decent, but not outstanding. Overall, I'd say it was an average experience. Hopefully, they can work on their communication and service delivery to improve the customer experience. 👍
