I have mixed feelings about Restoration Hardware. While I appreciate their wide selection of home decor, the quality of some of their products leaves much to be desired. I had a few items arrive damaged or with defects. The customer service was helpful in replacing them, but it was still an inconvenience. It's disappointing when you spend a significant amount of money and don't receive top-notch quality. I hope they improve their quality control in the future.
