I had an appointment for recall and oil change. Mainly I wanted to get recall completed. Decided to get oil change as well because going there for recall. They called 2 days ahead to confirm appointment. On phone call I asked to make sure this was for recall. They verified. On day of appointment, I was told that they don t have parts needed for recall. Took about 5-6 hours to do oil change. (I was informed that I should have came earlier if wanted less waiting, although I was on time for appointment). Clearly they don t understand what appointment means. Did not respect their own coupon and charged us full money for oil change. When asked about why it was charged more, I was told that it took more than 5qt of oil. I came home and checked. Oil capacity for my car is 5qt only. Last time when I changed oil, it was not more than 5qt at same dealership. They lost my business forever.
