I've been a customer of Ntouch Communications Group, INC for a few years now and I must say that their service has been average. Nothing exceptional, but nothing terrible either. The call quality is decent and the customer support is usually helpful. My only complaint is that their prices seem to be on the higher side compared to other providers.
