My family and I recently went on a tour with a travel company. We had an overall good experience but there were a few minor issues that could be improved. The website was easy to use, and the booking process was straightforward. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the destinations were beautiful. However, there were a few instances where the itinerary wasn't followed exactly and some of the activities were rushed. Despite these minor issues, we still had a great time and would consider using this company again in the future.
