Here you have to be careful, I have had their insurance since they started marketing themselves in Sweden. Initially everything was super, the company took its responsibility and was very flexible. I had two cases in the first few years and everything resolved in just one or two conversations. But today, the company is completely different, the most recent case I had with them was about car insurance (half) where the price is twice as high compared to equivalent insurance with other Swedish companies. Watercircles admit on the phone that the price is unusually high and they cannot give a reason except "this is our price". The fact that a company fails a little is nothing new, but here you are tough, bordus and do not admit that the price was raised almost 2,500 in just 2 years, even though nothing has changed from our side.
