I have been a customer of The Payback Group for several years now and I must say that their service is consistently average. While they have some good features, there are definitely areas that need improvement. The website is easy to navigate and I appreciate the transparency in their pricing. However, their customer service can be slow to respond and sometimes I feel like my concerns are not taken seriously. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory.
