I recently purchased thrusters from ems-thrusters.com, and my overall experience with Engtek manoeuvra systems pte ltd was decent. The quality of the thrusters is good, and they perform well in marine applications. I appreciate the effort put into their product development. However, I feel that the website could use some improvements in terms of user interface and product descriptions. The customer service was satisfactory, but there was a slight delay in response time. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would consider purchasing from Engtek manoeuvra systems pte ltd again.
