Jerald Camacho and Amy Stoica were both very helpful. I dealt with Amy early and then Jerald later. Amy was very professional and helpful. The majority of the time I worked with Jerald. He really went above and beyond to make my experience seamless. His communication was excellent and he made me feel like an important client of Audi.
